At Street Chrono, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, here's how to proceed.

Return Period

You have 30 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request a return or exchange.

Conditions

The product must be in its original, unused condition, with all accessories and packaging included.
The watch must not show signs of use, scratches, or damage caused by the buyer.
Proof of purchase must be attached.

How to request a return

Contact us through our contact page, indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
We will send you instructions for the return shipment within 24–48 hours.
Once the product is received and verified, we will process the refund within 5–10 business days.

Refunds

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Defective products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will cover all shipping costs and send you a replacement at no additional charge.
